José Luis Antúnez - Information arquitect and the responsible party of the design and usability of YouAre. Since 2001, he's been embarking on projects on the Hispanic internet. In 2003, he was part of the founding team of Bitacoras.com (The Spanish Technorati + Digg). He's the co-author of two Spanish language books "Blogs" (2005) and "Web 2.0" (2007) and is the brain behind and co-organizer of the Evento Blog España, the biggest blogger and web entrepreneur conference in Spain and the second most important in Europe (+1.500 participants in 2009). @jlantunez
Gabriel Segura - Mobile development and Sysadmin. Telecommunications engineer specializing in GSM/GPRS/UMTS standards and web developer. When no one is watching he also develops in flash. Systems administrator of everything that happens in Blogs Media and YouAre. Luis Sacristán - Web developer. Bachelor Degree in Computer Systems at "Universidad Politécnica de Madrid" (Spain). From 2000 to 2007 he was a system analyst in Atos Origin, a company with more than 50.000 employees, which is the Worldwide Information Technology Partner for the Olympic Games. He has worked as a web developer for the Olympic Games oficial websites. In Autumn 2007, he joined Bitacora's CTO (The Spanish Technorati + Digg) as CTO and since 2006, he has been the main author/editor on popular blog Sentido Web. @luis
